The purposes of ASE Green Package are: 1) to ensure clarity in providing the green product requirements to all members of ASE group; and 2) to ensure all members of ASE group have correct guide for environmental and process control for green product. The desired outcome of ASE Green one set of of environmental and process control plan that is applicable to all sites of ASE group for green products.
